Rate Schedule
- Book the Entire Facility: $290
- The three guest rooms can accommodate up to a total of eight guests (six guests if single beds are preferred).
- The Library can be reserved as a suite or as individual rooms:
- Library Suite: $145
- OR The Albion Room: $105
- OR The Orleans Room: $105
- The Erie Canal Room: $115
Reservation Information
- Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
- Tax not included.
- Charge for additional guests is $20 per night.
- Deposit equal to one night's stay is required to secure reservations.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash, Checks accepted.
- 10% Discount when staying three or more nights.
Check In / Check Out
- Check-in: 3:00 - 8:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Please call for early/late check-in.
- Late check-out fee: $20 per additional hour.
Cancellations
- One-week advance notice required for deposit refund (less cancellation fee).
- Less than one-week notice: if rooms are not re-booked, your deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellation fee - $15.00 per room.
Children
- Children are welcome. We are not equipped to easily accommodate children under three years of age. Please call (585) 589-2695 if you have any questions.

Smoking
- We are a NON-SMOKING facility; smoking permitted in designated outdoor area.
